As I've always said, you should choose a property manager based on how they will manage things when "things go wrong". If things go right, great. But when things go wrong, you NEED to feel your PM is totally on top of things on YOUR behalf. No better example of this than the current Covid-19 circumstances. Kylie had previously sold our property and we knew how hard she works to get a fabulous result for her sellers so it was a no brainer to make the same decision again to go with Real Estate by KYLIE. Her team and her have open communication & although had some difficulties with one buyer under contract kept trying to sell it behind the scenes to other buyers in case the 1st contact fell through so she is proactive in her approach and ended up getting me a great result.
