MEET KYLIE!  A vibrant and passionate real estate professional who understands first-hand the joys of the Gold Coast lifestyle, her professional reputation is founded on her genuine desire to see her client’s individual goals achieved, so that they can move forward into the next chapter of their lives.

Born in Sutherland, Sydney, Kylie spent many years there before moving to the Gold Coast 20 years ago. It didn’t take long for her to find her ideal place to live and since then has been living in and around the Burleigh Heads area. Kylie recognised this as a hotspot years ago and has owned properties here ever since.

Kylie has lived and breathed real estate since she was eighteen, spending her weekends going to display homes, looking at properties on the net and trying to gauge the market. She has been investing in property for over 15 years and has experience in splitting blocks and renovating her own property portfolio.

When Kylie began this career path she never realised that it could be so rewarding:
