Denise plays an integral role within the Property Management Division of Real Estate by Kylie. With her finger always on the pulse, she leads the day-to-day operation of managing our rental portfolio … from finding the ‘right’ tenants, managing the ongoing maintenance of our rental properties, and working hard every day to ensure our rental arrears are ALWAYS well below industry norms.
Denise’s smile says so much about her positive vibe! She’s warm and friendly, and nothing’s too much trouble. But, behind her relaxed calming manner, Denise is very particular and strongly committed to accuracy and efficiency. Denise says “I love that I’m always learning and growing, and I hope that my friendly and professional style translates to a better and more memorable experience for our clients, with every point of contact. In my eyes, our priority is ‘people first’ and I believe the respect we give others, comes back to us.”
Denise and her family are Burleigh locals through and through. Her mediation skills learnt through years of Property Management move into helping her with her son who’ll be turning 4 this year, so life’s pretty full on to say the least but Denise takes it all in her stride! They’re a really keen surfing family, always enjoying their ‘beach days’, and breakfasting at our wonderful local cafes.
